Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Tax Mother, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to a genuine reason and after a thorough internal investigation. We strongly recommend reviewing the specific terms and conditions of each service prior to making a purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Once a service has been initiated, it cannot be cancelled simply due to a change of mind. If a customer requests to pause or delay the service, the fees paid will be retained and held for a period of up to 1 year from the original date of payment.

Before any refund is processed, Tax Mother reserves the right to make reasonable efforts to complete the service. If the service remains incomplete after such efforts and a refund is approved, a cancellation fee of 20%, along with earned fees and any government or third-party charges incurred, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered only in cases where Tax Mother is unable to deliver the promised services after a comprehensive internal review. To request a refund, clients must send a formal request via email to info@taxmother.com.

Please note:

  • Refunds will not be issued for services where work has already been completed or partially completed, due to the time, effort, and resources involved.
  • Processing fees, payment gateway charges, administrative costs, and expenses incurred for completed tasks are non-refundable.
  • Any amounts paid to government authorities (e.g., filing fees, taxes) or third parties involved in the process are non-refundable, under any circumstances.

Ungovernable Factors

Certain processes depend on actions by external authorities. Approvals, rejections, or delays by Government Departments, or technical issues on government platforms, are beyond the control of Tax Mother. These uncontrollable factors may affect the timeline or outcome of your service and do not qualify for a refund.

Force Majeure

Tax Mother shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its reasonable control. These include but are not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, changes in law, acts of war or terrorism, strikes, or other force majeure events.

Policy Updates

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
